By accessing or using this website in any way, including, without limitation, use of any of the Services, downloading of any Materials, or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the following Terms of Use:

Payments via PayPal®

A Crafty Bride (“ACB”) accepts payment for your order via PayPal®. Never e-mail your credit card number to us. All prices are in US Dollars.

Taxes

Tax will be charged to Washington State residents.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or design exchanges once you have received your first printable PDF. If you have placed an order and changed your mind about the design (please don’t panic - we are nice ladies!) give us a quick call or send us an e-mail to let us know your changes. Please leave a detailed message if you reach our voicemail.

Cancellations must be made before you receive your first printable PDF file.

Changes and Redo Policy

We ask you to please print our color test page to make sure you know what colors to expect, but we will be happy to change colors for you until your design is perfect. Text changes can also be made after your order has been placed. We will run a spell check to every file, but that only applies to the general text. Please be sure to check names and locations for spelling errors.

Copyright and Design Terms

All copyright and other intellectual property rights are retained by Kory Corbin and Corinne Peickert.

ACB grants you use of the content only for printing your wedding invitations and wedding related projects. You may not resell design after use or resell design if not used. You may not use the designs for products for resale, license or other distribution. Examples include, but not limited to, advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, tee-shirts, film and video presentations, commercials, catalogues, brochures, promotional greeting cards and promotional postcards, entertainment applications, such as books and book covers, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, and video, broadcast and theatrical presentations; online or electronic publications, including web pages, electronic greeting card web sites, web templates, prints, posters and other reproductions for personal use or promotional purposes.

ACB is not responsible for personal harm related to paper crafting supplies, paper cutters, paper cuts ;), or aggravation due to technical difficulties relating to your computer and printer. ACB is not responsible for misprints, paper jams, paper waste, or extra postage. We are not responsible for actions taken by a third party copy shop. ACB is also not responsible for your therapy bill due to mother of the bride or annoyed grooms.

Guarantee

ACB guarantees a high quality PDF file for you to print. We will assist you with any problems related to your PDF file or replace files if lost. We might be able to guarantee some ohhhhs and ahhhhhs from family and friends.

ACB cannot guarantee any actions after files have been placed into your hands. We cannot guarantee that the colors will match your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee your printer’s quality and quality of prints, money saved, or your ability to craft and assemble your own invitations.

Privacy Policy

Any information you provide through e-mail addresses as set forth in this site is only used internally by ACB. Names or other personally identifiable information will not be published by ACB except as it relates to its obvious intended use (a letter of endorsement, for example).

We will not SELL, TRADE, GIVE, SHARE or SHOW any information provided to us by our visitors and/or clients, to anyone outside of ACB. (We will only surrender information if forced to do so by an authoritative court or government entity).

The ACB web site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. The policies set forth above are designed to protect the privacy of our visitors and clients. If our privacy policy ever changes, we will post the new policy here. In no case will information be transmitted outside of ACB unless we are forced to do so by an authoritative court or government entity.
